Any violation of these Terms, as determined by Trailver in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Site and Services, without prior notice or liability of any kind.

We employ commercially reasonable measures to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information presented on the Site; however, we do not warrant or guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Your reliance on any information provided on the Site is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to independently verify any information before acting upon it.

Trailver strives to ensure that all pricing information is accurate; however, in the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed. In such cases, we will promptly issue a full refund for any amounts charged.

Trailver proudly ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses. We partner with premium national carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package, and are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and represent our best approximation based on carrier performance data. However, Trailver does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier service disruptions, inclement weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, customs clearance procedures, or peak holiday shipping volumes.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the designated carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all packages upon receipt and promptly reporting any damage, shortage, or discrepancy to support@trailver.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for replacement or refund.

At Trailver, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy on most products purchased directly through Trailver.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In unused, undamaged, and resalable condition;
• Returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact;
• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip);
• Initiated through our official returns portal or by contacting support@trailver.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, final-sale clearance items, and perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.

Trailver takes immense pride in the craftsmanship and durability of every product we offer. We provide a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, Trailver will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with an equivalent product, or issue a prorated refund. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, minor scratches, or gradual degradation of materials over time;
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions;
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties;
• Accidents, pet-inflicted damage beyond reasonable use, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions;
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended design.

The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Trailver name, logo, brand identity, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, software code, user interfaces, visual layouts, color schemes, typography, and all other elements of the Site (“Trailver IP”) — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Trailver. The Trailver IP is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

No portion of the Trailver IP may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, licensed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without the express prior written consent of Trailver. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Trailver IP is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law. We reserve the right to aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights through all available legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.

As a condition of your use of the Site and Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site;
3. Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the Site or its underlying infrastructure;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Trailver, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or personal injury arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, our products, or the Services, regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based, even if Trailver has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Trailver's aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, our products, or the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Trailver for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk between the parties and forms an essential basis of the bargain between you and Trailver.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Trailver's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trailver, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Site, our products, or the Services;
• Your breach or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Any content, materials, or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Site;
• Your negligent, reckless, or intentionally wrongful conduct.

Trailver reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to reasonably cooperate with Trailver in the defense of such matter. You shall not settle any indemnified claim without Trailver's prior written consent.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, our products, or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal, good-faith negotiation between the parties. You agree to contact Trailver at support@trailver.com and provide a detailed written description of the dispute before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Both parties shall have a period of sixty (60) days from the date of such notice to attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Deschutes County, Oregon, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You expressly agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Trailver reserves the exclusive right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to modify, amend, supplement, or replace any portion of these Terms. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notification on the Site, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or through other appropriate communication channels. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly to reflect the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the Site and Services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.
